  Our team is small but growing fast. Working at BrightRock is fun, rewarding and challenging. When new people join our team we issue a health warning. It simply says that at BrightRock, we work hard, we work fast and we always expect your best. We have a high-performance culture that encourages and rewards individual effort. But we also believe in the power of the collective. So everyone gets a chance to say what they think, express how they feel and to contribute to our decisions and debates.

  We’re also a diverse bunch, not only demographically, but also when it comes to our work backgrounds and skills sets. Our team includes nurses, actuaries, underwriters, IT, web and systems experts, finance professionals, marketing, design and content specialists, and sales, call centre and administrative experts. We think having such a diversity of skills and opinions adds to the richness of the debates and discussion we have, allowing us to arrive at unique and interesting answers for our clients.
